Language Lovers

Most language schools force a one-size-fits-all approach, with lessons often taught by inexperienced and uninspired teachers who just use a textbook, or worse, have no teaching plan at all.

That's not us.

We're a Kolektiv of passionate language lovers who believe language is more than memorizing words, drilling grammar, and reading about things that you don't care about.

We teach our native languages through fun activities, exciting conversation, and useful vocabulary for everyday life. We tailor all of our programs to you and always apply your feedback.

We work independently with different styles, language plans, and billing options so we can find the perfect fit for each student.

A little about your new teachers

Originally from Zaragoza, Spain, I've called Prague home since 2018, although I've also spent a year living and teaching in Vietnam and travelled extensively across Asia and South America. Wherever I am, one thing stays the same: my love for teaching Spanish.

So, how did I end up here? The original plan was to learn German and move to the land of Bretzel… but then I met a Czech, and life had other ideas. Fortunately, that unexpected detour turned into exactly the right path: sharing my passion for the Spanish language and the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world has become my career.

Today, I’m a lecturer at Anglo-American University (AAU) and the Instituto Cervantes in Prague. I also train other teachers, give academic lectures, and organize language events.

When I'm not teaching, you'll find me enjoying svíčková, biking through Czech forests, or skiing with friends in Jizerky!

My students say my enthusiasm is contagious… I just bring the energy, and coffee takes care of the rest.

Born and raised in New York City, I moved to Prague looking for a better life... and I found it 😊 After far too long wasting away in an open office, I finally escaped the corporate world and embraced my passion - skiing. Wait, I mean Language!

Armed with a CELTA teaching certificate, an infectious enthusiasm, and a sharp sense of humor, I'm ready to give you the best English lesson of your life. Or at least 60 to 90 minutes of entertainment every time we meet.

Lessons with me are like being at the pub - great discussion, interesting topics, tons of jokes, and maybe a little complaining about work or family. In my class, you will learn to speak English with the same comfort and confidence that you speak your native language.

I design my lessons around things Czechs actually care about and I figure out ways to break your Czenglish habits. I never use a textbook or AI, and I always apply your feedback so every lesson gets better and better.
